Robert B. Rampulla is the managing partner at Rampulla & Newstad LLP. He handles a wide variety of Real Estate transactions including commercial, residential, new construction and leasing. As a transactional attorney he has handled many small business purchases and sales. Mr. Rampulla has been called upon as an expert witness in the field of Real Estate transactions. He has been a guest lecturer at Wagner Lutheran College and several other organizations. After receiving his Juris Doctorate, he became associated, for several years, with Zeichner, Ellman and Krause, LLP located in Manhattan. After leaving Manhattan he opened his current practice for the last twenty-two years on Staten Island.
